Mark Winstanley
Mark was born in 1951, school in Eastbourne 1964-69, soldier 1969-74, education under Arthur Johnson at London College of Printing 1978, apprentice & journeyman at Keypoint Francke 1978-82, forwarder at Collis Bird & Withey 1983-1990, Wyvern Bindery 1990 to present. The Bindery was founded in 1990 by Mark, Hannah More and Rosy Gray. Inspired by the ideals of Arthur Johnson and the Arts and Crafts Movement, we have aimed to combine the ideals of bespoke binding to meet the more prosaic demands of the commercial world of photographers, design agencies and advertising companies.
